We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Finance team as an Accounts and Finance Apprentice.
Based at KLINGER UK – a leading supplier of sealing, fluid control, and industrial solutions – you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the finance function while developing practical accounting and finance skills. The role will involve assisting with purchase and sales ledger processing, inputting invoices and credit notes, supporting bank reconciliations, assisting with month-end procedures and payroll submissions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing general administrative support to the finance team, all while working towards a recognised accounting qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with purchase and sales ledger processing
- Inputting invoices and credit notes
- Supporting bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Assisting with and processing monthly and weekly payroll submissions
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- General administrative support to the finance team
- Working closely with other departments within the business
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine interest in finance, accounting, or business
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to learn and work towards an AAT qualification
- GCSE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English at a Grade 4/5, or GCSE C
