Job Description: Internal sales role

This role makes up an important part of an internal sales team, which is based in Bradford at our UK head office. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager, and be part of a very dedicated and thriving sales team.


The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Account managing key customers
  • Identifying and re-engaging lapsed customers
  • Increasing spend of individual customers
  • Lead sourcing, identifying and approaching potential new customers.


Even though the role is predominately office based, it may be necessary for the successful candidate to meet with customers face to face on certain occasions, and therefore a confident and professional manner is essential.


The successful candidate will be:

  • Capable of developing and retaining successful relationships with customers
  • Independent and self - motivated
  • Be confident when dealing with both current and potential customers over the telephone
  • Have a polite telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Confident with using computer software packages, namely Microsoft Office
  • A team player


This vacancy would suit someone with a background in sales or account management.

It is desirable, but not essential, to have some background or knowledge regarding the oil and gas industry.

A background in engineering (mechanical or other) or technical sales would also be a desirable quality


SALARY:                               ON APPLICATION


HOURS:       8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday

                       8.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Friday
